The room was dusty, it had not been cleaned properly, and that is that I wasn't able to check in early because the room was not available an hour and a half before check in. The A/C unit in the room was loud, old and bulky. There was a gaping hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler in the ceiling of the bathroom and the shower bar had been removed from the tub. I think they forgot to finish with the remodel. The room I had received and paid extra for was a 'newly remodeled' room. Buffet was expensive for the quality of food that was served, we're talking school cafeteria status. Cons: Minimal umbrellas available for guests with beach access and water toys suck as boats and jet skis were very close to swimming area.
